It is our aim to collect as little required information as possible to allow us to run the operations smoothly and without hindrance to yourselves or our own services. Examples of when you voluntarily submit such information include when you provide an email address on the registration page, volunteer demographic information, send us email, respond to emails from us, post messages or upload content using our various services. We may also receive personally identifiable information about you from other users or third parties who may communicate with us about you (such as in the case of complaints).
For listener feedback, user feedback and all broadcasting, forum and online services we do automatically collect your IP address in order to comply with certain law services that may request it upon suspicion of offence, abuse etc. Your IP may also be used in a general statistical analysis to help us improve our service to you without direct knowledge of who “you” may be.
